The Animal Medical Center has achieved an accreditation from the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).  A Certified Hospital is the highest status attainable from AAHA.  Only 12% of the veterinary hospitals in the United States are so honored.
 
We are the only AAHA Certified animal hospital in the surrounding Menomonee Falls-Germantown area.
 
To achieve this distinction, the Animal Medical Center must pass comprehensive inspections on a periodic basis.  We do this because we know you want to be certain that your pet is receiving the finest medical care available.
 
We are very proud to be a member of this elite and prestigious group of veterinarians.

The primary purpose of this practice, clinically speaking, is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care to our patients and to offer the best possible service to our clients.
 
I endeavor to treat each pet brought to me with the same attitude I would have if the pet were my own.  I want to serve clients who desire this type of service.

This statement displays our feelings, values, and ethics for a strong commitment to service.  Sincere concern for excellent medical care, comfort, understanding, and our willingness to spend time with each pet and owner should be evident during every visit.  The doctors feel obligated to assist every person in understanding the complexities of modern veterinary medical care.  Each of our staff members have their own personal business cards to hand you so if you have any questions or problems you will know who to call for help.
