Lance Yocherer, DVM |
Dr. Yocherer graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Ill. He attended veterinary school and graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Ill. in 1976. His first position was in Evensville, Indiana. Because he always loved Wisconsin and took family vacations there, he relocated to Cedarburg where he accepted a position at Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic. In 1981 he opened the Animal Medical Center in Menomonee Falls. The original clinic was located on Appleton Avenue in a strip mall. Four years later he outgrew the strip mall clinic and built a free standing facility where it exists today. Dr. Yocherer's interests lie in treating dogs and cats. He is married to Karen, the practice manager at the clinic. They have two boys who were raised at the clinic. They also have their third generation of pets including 2 dogs and 1 cat. His free time interests include boating, jetskiing, snowmobiling and his Harley.

Amy Roussel, DVM |
Dr. Roussel is a 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri. She accepted the position of associate veterinarian at the Animal Medical Center right after graduation. Not only does Dr. Roussel enjoy treating cats and dogs, she has a special interest in treating birds, reptiles, exotics and small pocket pets. When not at work, Dr. Roussel is engaged to be wed and has a very active 8 year old son. Her interests outside of the clinic include horseback riding, trap shooting and reading. She currently owns a cat, a bird, a Quarter Horse and 2 snakes.

Karen Yocherer, Office
Manager |
Karen Yocherer is also part owner and Office Manager of the clinic since it opened in 1981. She has raised two boys, one of which graduated from college and now works at the clinic and the younger who is a junior in college and a household of pets while maintaining full time status. She is in charge of inventory, employees, overseeing sales personnel, clinic maintenance, and generally everthing Her job is never ending. Amen |
