Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We feel it is our obligation to you and your pet that we provide the most progressive medical and surgical service. The fee structure for service at the clinic is based upon the financial demands of maintaining a professional staff, our expertise, the caring and concern of our staff, continuing education, the service provided, our willingness to listen and learn from you, modern facilities, as well as state-of-the-art equipment.  Out of necessity, fees are structured to support this type of service.

We have no desire to extend anyone beyond their means or intentions.  If you ask us in advance, we will gladly supply you with an estimate of the anticipated cost for the care of your pet.

Any client with a hospitalized pet, will be given a daily medical and financial progress report update.

A deposit may be required when pets are admitted to the hospital.  All accounts must be paid in full prior to a pets discharge.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.  For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover card, cash , personal checks, and Care Credit, a medical credit card.

Our mission is to deliver the finesst treatment possible for your pet.  If this is not financially convenient for you, we have a monthly payment plan called Care Credit, which allows you to start your treatment and spread the payments over time.

BENEFITS OF CARE CREDIT
